MODE OF PAYMENT

1. The tuition fee and transport fee are to be paid in four installments. The due dates for both are April 10^th, July 10^th, October 10^th, and January 10^th.
2. All fees are to be deposited by cash, online or by cheque in the School office on or before the specified dates
3. If an installment is not paid on or before the due date, a Late Fee penalty of Rs. 100 (Rupees Hundred Only) per calendar month shall be imposed.
4. If an installment along with the Late Fee remains unpaid by the end of the following month of the due date, the student's name will be struck off from the  school rolls and the student may be re- admitted only at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all arrears and  re-admission fee along with current tuition fee..
5. All outstanding dues must be paid before the commencement of examinations failing which the student will not be allowed to appear in the examinations.
6. Fees can be deposited in advance for any number of months or for the full session if it is desired.
7. The date of presentation of the cheque will be treated as date of payment provided the cheque is not dishonored
8. Any cheque returned by the bank will be treated under the category of non-payment of fees. and fine will be charged as per bank norms.
9. In case of doubt regarding the payment of any dues, parents/guardians are advised to make the payment first and seek clarification later.
10. If more than one child of the same parent is enrolled in an academic session, a 10% waiver on the tuition fee of the second child will be applied to the last installment. This Sibling Concession is subject to the condition that the eldest child's due fee is paid on or before the respective due dates.
11. Parents can avail only one concession in an academic session.
12. All dues must be cleared latest by10thSeptember except for tuition fee.
13. Tuition Fee for the last quarter of the session must be paid by 10th January.
