Admissions
Children should be 3 years or above as on 31 March of the admission year for Nursery. Higher classes follow CBSE age norms - please check the Admission Procedure page for class-wise criteria.
Admissions for the new academic session typically open from November onwards. Visit the Admissions page or contact the admissions office for the latest notification and seat availability.
Generally required: birth certificate, previous school report card, transfer certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar, passport-size photographs, and address proof. Exact lists vary by class and are shared at the time of application.
An informal interaction or assessment may be conducted for certain classes to understand the child's readiness. Details are communicated when you submit an admission enquiry.

Fees & Payment
The fee structure for the active session is published on the Fee Structure page under Admissions. You can also request a copy from the accounts office.
Fees may be paid via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or at the school accounts counter during office hours. Online payment options are shared with parents at the start of each term.
Instalment dates are shared with parents at the start of each term. Reminders are sent through the parent portal and registered mobile number before due dates.
Receipts are issued at the accounts office for offline payments. For online payments, email the transaction reference to the school accounts email and a receipt will be shared.
Submit a helpdesk message under Fee Payment with your ward's name, class, and receipt details. The accounts team will review and respond within one working day.
Academics
Dronacharya Public School follows the CBSE curriculum with emphasis on conceptual learning, life skills, and co-curricular development across all grades.
Parents can view assignments, marks, and teacher remarks through the Parent Portal. PTMs are held regularly for direct discussion with class teachers.
Age-appropriate homework is assigned to reinforce classroom learning without overburdening students. Guidelines are shared at the start of each session.

Transport
Routes cover major residential areas in and around Raipur. Route maps and stop timings are shared at the start of the session and updated when new routes are added.
Submit a transport request through the helpdesk or accounts office with your address and ward's details. Seats are allotted based on route capacity.
Selected routes may have GPS-enabled tracking shared with parents. Ask the transport in-charge for availability on your child's route.
Transport fees are billed term-wise or annually as per the payment schedule. Non-payment may result in suspension of the bus facility after due notice.
Parent Portal
Use the login link on the website top bar. Credentials are issued at admission or shared by the school office. Use Forgot Password if you need a reset.
Click Forgot Password on the parent login page and follow the steps with your registered email or mobile. Contact the office if you are still unable to access your account.
Some profile fields can be updated in the portal. For official changes to address or phone, submit a written request to the school office.
